That business is often run on spreadsheets, phone calls, and paper ledgers — not because the operators aren’t sophisticated, but because nothing was built for them specifically.
AgroNax exists to close that gap: one platform for inventory, dealer orders, credit, and reporting, built around how agri-input distribution actually works.
The problem we set out to solve
Distributors told us the same story in different words: stock counts that never matched between the warehouse and the office, dealer orders scattered across WhatsApp threads and notebooks, and no clear picture of who owed what until a balance was already overdue.

Our story
AgroNax started after conversations with distributors who were running seven-figure operations on spreadsheets that lived on a single laptop.
